Organized by Télécom SudParis, this half-day, in person and online, will be structured around inspiring presentations, round tables bringing together academic and industrial experts, and valuable networking opportunities.

 

Whether you are a student, teacher, researcher or engineer, this event is an opportunity to learn more about the challenges and opportunities linked to the announced rise of quantum communications and to exchange with the best experts in the field.

Introduction
Presentation by Professor Djamal Zeghlache , director of the “Mobile Multimedia Networks & Services” department of Télécom SudParis, of the white paper: First step towards quantum communication, Quantum Key Distribution.

Keynotes
Johanna Sepulveda , Senior Expert, Quantum Secured Communications Airbus Defense and Space.

Noël Faruggia , Chief Technology Officer at Merqury Cybersecurity.

Eleni Diamanti , research director at the CNRS and co-founder of the start-up Welinq.

They will respectively address an overview of quantum communications in Europe, Multi-QKD deployment and demonstration, as well as quantum cryptography, experimentation and quantum memories.

Challenges and priorities in terms of education and research on
quantum communications in France and Europe, with researchers and representatives of leading players. List of speakers to come.
